It will be the throwing upset… .or should it be scoop of the year. Karan Johar’s two most loved on-screen characters, his coach companion muse-control Shah Rukh Khan and his blue-looked at kid Ranbir Kapoor are good to go to be thrown together in Karan Johar’s next directorial wander.
The two on-screen characters have a long history with Karan. Shah Rukh Khan is not just a dear companion of Johar, he featured in each and every Karan Johar directorial wander from Kuch Hota Hai to My Name Is Khan, until there was a brief break in their relationship (for reasons, we might not go into here)
From that point, Karan made his first film without Shah Rukh Khan. It was Student Of The Year propelling three newcomers Alia Bhatt, Varun Dhawan and Sidharth Malhotra, now stars in their own privilege. A year ago, Karan Johar coordinated Ranbir Kapoor in Ae Dil Hai Mushkil.
Presently, uniting the two whizzes in one film is a triumph just Karan Johar can pull off. Says a source near Karan, “He chose he needed to unite the two not just on the grounds that it appeared well and good—it did, and how! Be that as it may, likewise, on the grounds that he has a thought for a script where SRK and RK fit in splendidly.”
We can hardly wait.
